DUES & PAYMENTS

Vintage Place HOA dues are $113 per month, due by the 1st of each month (as of January 1, 2022). Dues may be paid in multiple ways:

• Use your coupon book and mail in your payment via check each month to:

• Pay your Homeowner’s Association dues via automatic debit. Follow instructions on the form and return to Sequoia Management at the address above or via email.

• Pay online at Sequoia Management’s interactive website. You’ll need to register for an account. Once logged in, click on "Pay Dues" and then click on "Pay My Dues". There is a $8.50 surcharge for this service.
