Vintage Place is located off Reston Parkway and Whiele Avenue in the North Hills area of Reston, VA. Residents enjoy all of the amenities Reston has to offer, as well as the serenity and relaxation of Bright Pond and other nearby ponds, lakes, and nature trails. Our cluster is within walking distance of North Point Village Center and just two miles from Reston Town Center. We are located twenty miles west of our nation’s capitol and six miles from Dulles International Airport.

Vintage Place is an incorporated Home Owners' Association (HOA). Under the covenants of the Vintage Place Cluster, all Vintage Place homeowners are members of both the Vintage Place Cluster Association and the Reston Association. These Associations own deeded common property and are supported by dues collected from their members.
